Digital Television (DTV) permits broadcasters to pack more information into the same signal space, allowing your local station to send multiple streams of programming.  This is called multicasting. 

Multicasting will empower television viewers with more choice.  It will drive demand for more local programming and services, and best of all it will all be FREE to consumers as part of their television service.
